David Castillo Brings Over 30 Years of Industry Expertise
With more than three decades of hands-on experience in construction and surety, David Castillo brings unmatched depth of knowledge and insight. Throughout his career, he has developed and managed sophisticated surety programs for clients operating across diverse sectors.
Castillo has held senior positions at leading brokerage firms such as USI Insurance Services, Marsh, and Willis. Prior to joining Protecdiv, he served as CEO of The Gray Casualty & Surety Company, where he played a pivotal role in transitioning the firm from a regional player to a nationally recognized surety provider.
