Dan Bendavid has been named the Global Lead – Innovation for the Operations & Technology team at AXA XL, the property & casualty and specialty risk division of AXA.
Bendavid will lead AXA XL’s innovation strategy in this position and manage a global team of specialists tasked with carrying out targeted initiatives in cooperation with external stakeholders.
In his previous position at AXA, Bendavid worked on a number of strategic initiatives, including creating the company’s operations and services digital strategy. Later, he was in charge of managing general insurance claims operations in seven nations around the Asia-Pacific region after overseeing program management in Spain and Italy.
The P&C Business Innovation Center was then under his direction as he joined AXA Next. He worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey in Paris before to joining AXA.
