Kurt Meister has been appointed as the new Chief Sales Officer (CSO) by Distinguished Packages, a national insurance program manager.
Meister will design world-class sales training programs, oversee strategic alliances with national brokerages, and create a comprehensive business development playbook in his capacity as CSO.
Along with supporting the development of new business for each of Distinguished’s market segments, he will help with the onboarding of the new program teams and their outreach to our current broker base.
Meister has 35 years of commercial experience. He started working at Distinguished in 2006 as senior vice chairman of distribution and gross sales. Distinguished highlighted that his experience has prepared him well for this new position and will help further the company’s sales strategy.
Prior to that, he worked in executive capacities at Nationwide Specialty Underwriters and Aon Affinity Insurance Packages.
