Willis Watson Tower (WTW), has appointed Jay Sharma as the Northeast Strategy & Execution Leader, Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) for North America.
Sharma’s leadership in his new position will be concentrated on developing and executing strategy, establishing service standards, tracking results, and collaborating with industry division teams to deliver innovative solutions, distinctive risk management, and first-rate client service.
He will continue to be a driving force behind the company’s effective implementation of its plan and enhance its standing in the Northeast thanks to his great ability to collaborate across numerous divisions, locations, and colleagues.
Prior to joining WTW, Sharma held the position of Managing Director and Market Leader for Aon CT, a position he held for more than six years. He significantly increased the region’s revenue and profit during his stint at Aon.
Sharma also held the position of CEO of Marsh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia earlier, where he built up and extended the company’s broking operations to make it the market leader in the nation.
It should be noted that he has ten years of leadership experience in the insurance sector, both domestically and internationally.
