Swiss Re has announced the appointment of Paloma Quiroga Arias as Head of Risk Consulting & Analytics, reporting to Russell Higginbotham, CEO of Reinsurance Solutions and her appointment is effective immediately.
In her new position, she will oversee a team of risk experts with extensive global data and knowledge.
Paloma joins Swiss Re from Aon Reinsurance Solutions, where she was most recently Global Head of Articulating Value and a member of the Reinsurance Global Growth Leadership Team.
She began her career at Aon in 2013 as a Strategy Analyst. Paloma formerly worked at Aon Inpoint in a variety of roles, including Strategy Consultant for eight years. Before taking on her new role, Paloma served as Managing Director.
