Mondi will oversee a team responsible for broker interaction and strategy in the United States and Canada in his new position and will report to Allen Kwan, Head of Customer & Distribution.
He joins Swiss Re following an eight-month tenure at AXIS Capital as Strategic Broker Relationship Leader, Global Distribution.
Prior to that, he worked with Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) for almost three years, first as Distribution Manager in, Midwest Zone, and then as Senior Distribution Director, in North America.
In 2015, he was promoted to Commercial Lines Territory Manager, a position he held for two years before being promoted to Field Operations Consultant.
In response to Mondi’s appointment, Kwan stated, “I’m confident that Peter’s strong distribution experience and expertise will increase our ability to provide exceptional solutions for our brokers.”
