At its meeting on March 10, 2023, the board of directors of Assurances Maghrebia reviewed the company’s activity during the fiscal year 2022 and adopted the financial statements pertaining to this fiscal year, which highlight the following key indicators:
- Written premiums with a 9.56% evolution, or 223.348 MD compared to 203.854 in 2021.
- Net claims expenses increased by 5.37% from 108.020 MD in 2018 to 102.516 MD in 2021.
- A change of 24.09% in net financial income from 19.506 MD in 2021 to 24.204 MD in 2018.
- A total of 23.362 MD as compared to 22.059 MD in 2021.
The Board agreed to call an Ordinary General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders for April 18, 2023, and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 2.340 dinars per share.
