The share capital of the La Caisse Nationale de Mutualité Agricole (CNMA) has been increased from 5.5 billion DZD (40.4 million USD) to 8 billion DZD, the latter increased. (58.8 million USD).
This 45% share capital increase is in line with the company’s 2020-2024 strategic objectives and development possibilities.
Through this operation, CNMA will be able to improve its capital basis, maintain its ranking among the top 5 insurance providers in Algeria, and fulfill its client-service duties.
